Directory signs and message boards differ slightly in their use, however they are very similar in the design and construction. For that reason we are including both types in this category.

These signs usually feature individual letters that are manually placed to convey a message or form a directory. A directory is usually a list of occupants and suite numbers, however it could also be a menu of items or services among other things. Most frequently a directory is enclosed behind a clear, hinged covering like glass or Lexan and it has a lock for security.
